Longridge Hall & Lodge

Constructed in 2008, Longridge Hall & Lodge is situated on a prominent site in the small town of Longridge, approximately eight miles North East of Preston, Lancashire. The local demographics evidence a distinct bias towards the older age categories.

An “L”-shaped two storey building, comprising 60 bedrooms, the home is of conservative, but attractive design. Each of the 60, single bedrooms are well in excess of minimum UK care home recommendations and benefit from full en-suite facilities, including wet room showers.

At the axis of the two wings on each floor there is a well-appointed dining room and lounge, and each wing of 14 to 16 bedrooms benefits from a quiet lounge and a dedicated bathroom with specialised bathing facilities. A further “conservatory-style” quiet room is found on each floor and the home also offers a hairdressing salon, a clinic/medicine storage area as well as a range of staff and office accommodation.

The well-maintained gardens complement the home and provide a pleasant and secure environment for the residents to enjoy with easy access from the home.
